Cajun Chicken Alfredo

|Red bell pepper – sliced||8||1 cup|
|Chicken – fully cooked||20|
|DFA Speed Scratch Cream Sauce||32||4 cups|
|Cajun seasoning||0.5||1 Tbsp|
|Parmesan cheese||2||1/4 cup|
|Parsley – fresh, chopped||0.5||1 Tbsp|
|Penne pasta – boiled||24||3 cups|
- Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add red onion, red bell pepper and fully cooked chicken to pan and sauté until the onions and peppers are softened.
- Add DFA Speed Scratch Cream Sauce, Cajun seasoning and Parmesan cheese to pan and stir to blend.
- Add parsley and penne to pan. Toss to coat pasta and heat through.
