Onion – sliced thin | 8 | 1 cup |
Chicken – fully cooked, sliced | 16 | 1 lb |
DFA Speed Scratch Cream Sauce | 32 | 4 cups |
Black garlic puree | 2 | 1/4 cup |
Parmesan cheese – grated | 8 | 1 cup |
Penne pasta – boiled | 64 | 8 cups |
- Heat cooking oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add caramelized fennel, onions and chicken. Sauté for 2–3 minutes.
- Add DFA Speed Scratch Cream Sauce, black garlic puree and Parmesan cheese. Mix to combine.
- Add pasta and toss to heat through. Serve immediately.
