- Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add ground chuck and fully cook. Add yellow onion, red bell pepper and mushrooms continuing to sauté until vegetables soften and mushrooms start to give off their liquid.
- Spray a hotel pan with non-stick spray. Add ground chuck mixture and remaining ingredients to pan mixing thoroughly. Level all ingredients in the pan.
- Place pan into a 400 F oven and bake for 30-45 minutes or until hot dish is hot, bubbling, and cheese begins to brown. Serve immediately.
