| Cream Cheese | 4.0 | 2/3 Cup |
| Cilantro -chopped | 1.0 | 1 Cup |
| Lime Juice | 4.0 | ½ Cup |
| Lime Zest | 0.20 | 2 Tbsp. |
| Salt | 0.04 | 1 tsp. |
| White Pepper | 0.04 | 1 tsp. |
- Zest your limes, set aside, and reserve a pinch for garnish.
- Juice the lime and reserve.
- Rinse and rough chop the cilantro, set aside.
- Deposit all ingredients into a food processor.
- Pulse together for about 1 minute until the ingredients are fully combined.
- Spoon the dip mixture into the desired serving container and garnish with the reserved lime zest.
