Dairy Farmers of America is not responsible for damaged or expired product if cause is related to the inability to deliver the package to the customer or if it is left unattended and within the elements for an extended period of time.

Dehydrated products are shipped via UPS Ground.

Products that require refrigeration are packed with ice packs for transportation and sent via UPS Next Day Air. To prevent damage and/or spoilage, it is recommended that a company representative is present to accept the shipment and properly store upon arrival. This is especially true during warmer months where even with industry accepted cool packaging, its shelf life is limited.

Order will be processed and fulfilled within 5 business days.

To prevent products from sitting in transit over the weekend, no refrigerated products will be shipped on Friday.

Do not enter P.O. boxes for shipping purposes. UPS only delivers to physical addresses. To ensure customers receive their products in a timely manner, signatures upon delivery of shipments are not required.
