Bacon Ranch Seafood Carbonara

This signature carbonara sauce gets its creamy texture and decadent flavor from the rich addition of Bacon Ranch Seasoning. Serve over al dente fettuccini noodles with tender sautéed shrimp and scallops, and freshly grated Romano cheese.

MEASUREMENT	INGREDIENT
1 Tbs.	DairiConcepts® Bacon Ranch Seasoning
4 oz.	Romano cheese – grated
2 ea.	Egg – cracked, raw
2 C.	Fettucine noodle – cooked al dente
4 oz.	Shrimp – sautéed
1 oz.	Pancetta – sautéed
1 oz.	Garlic – crushed
2 oz	Olive oil – to sauté and garnish
1 Tbs.	Italian leaf parsley – roughly chopped

Cook noodles to order or retherm in hot water bath.
On high heat with half the olive oil in a hot sauté pan deposit the pancetta and allow it to render its fat, deposit scallops, shrimp and garlic into the sauté pan together. Cook until seafood is done and remove from heat.
In a separate bowl whisk together the eggs, Bacon Ranch Seasoning and half of the Romano cheese then toss together with hot noodles and cooked items in the sauté pan. Reserve seafood for plating.
Transfer pasta into a serving bowl and garnish with shrimp and scallops then top with remaining olive oil, Romano cheese and parsley.
