- Preheat oven to 425º F. Grease a muffin pan.
- Put dry ingredients, including nacho base, in a bowl and mix.
- Add jalapeños and black beans and mix.
- Combine liquids and slowly add to dry ingredients, mixing just till combined and moist.
- Portion into muffin pan and bake for 15 to 17 minutes, until skewers inserted come out clean.
