Classic Mashed Potatoes
|Russet potatoes – peeled, cubed (1-inch thick)||32||4 cups|
|DFA Speed Scratch Potato Base||6||3/4 cup|
1. Boil potatoes in a large pot of water until tender, about 20 minutes.
2. Drain potatoes and mash as desired (mixer, ricer, masher, etc.) into a large bowl.
3. Stir in potato base and mix until combined. Serve immediately or hold for service.
