Russet potatoes – peeled, cubed (1-inch thick) | 32 | 4 cups |
DFA Speed Scratch Potato Base | 6 | 3/4 cup |
1. Boil potatoes in a large pot of water until tender, about 20 minutes.
2. Drain potatoes and mash as desired (mixer, ricer, masher, etc.) into a large bowl.
3. Stir in potato base and mix until combined. Serve immediately or hold for service.
