- Combine AMPLIFI® Butter concentrate with butter, soybean oil, salt, brown sugar and light corn syrup in medium saucepan.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches 255 degrees.
- Remove pan from heat and stir in vanilla extract and baking soda.
- Quickly pour mixture over popcorn and toss to spread caramel sauce evenly. Use 5 parts caramel to 1 part popcorn.
- Spread popcorn on baking sheet and bake, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 250°F
