Fish:

1/2 tsp | Chili Powder |
1 1/2 lbs | White Fish Filets |
Fresh Salsa:
DFA Queso Fresco, Crumbled Tortillas
1. Make the slaw by combining all the ingredients together. Set aside.
2. Mix the four and chili powder together.
3. Dredge the fsh in the four mixture.
4. Fry in batches until golden.
5. Fill tortillas with fsh, slaw, and salsa. Top with crumbled queso fresco. Serve with lime wedges.
