Four Cheese White Pizza

Layers of creamy, melty cheese over a hand-tossed crust, this cheese lover’s pizza features Crema Salvadorena topped with mild Queso Fresco, Oaxaca, and Queso Quesadilla tossed together with the flavorful pop of Parmesan Herb Seasoning. Garnished with cilantro and a side of dipping salsa.

MEASUREMENT	INGREDIENT
4 tsp.	DairiConcepts® Parmesan Herb Seasoning
8 oz.	Pizza shell/ dough
6 oz.	Queso Quesadilla– shredded
2 oz.	Oaxaca – shredded
2 oz.	Queso Fresco – crumbled
4 oz.	Crema Salvadorena
1 oz.	Salsa – house made on the side
1 TBSP	Cilantro – roughly chopped

Prepare pizza dough for application. Begin with spreading Crema Salvadorena onto the pizza dough.
Next toss the queso quesadilla with the Parmesan Herb Seasoning until blended and deposit this on top of the Crema.
Next top pizza with the Oaxaca and queso fresco.
Bake as per typical instructions, when golden brown and cheese is bubbly remove from oven and garnish with the cilantro and sere with a side of salsa.
