Kickin’ Chicken Pizza

Spicy Citrus Jalapeño Seasoning is blended into traditional pizza sauce and spread over a garlic-rubbed crust. Topped with grilled chicken and Mozzarella cheese, then baked to golden.

Yield: 1 12″ Pizza

MEASUREMENT	INGREDIENT
4 tsp.	DairiConcepts^®Spicy Citrus Jalapeno Seasoning
8 oz.	Pizza sauce
10 oz.	Mozzarella cheese – shredded
5 oz.	Mojo grilled chicken – precooked/diced
12 oz.	Pizza dough
2 oz.	Roasted garlic puree
1	Pinch cilantro for garnish

In a separate bowl mix pizza sauce and Spicy Citrus Jalapeno Seasoning together until well blended.
Begin with stretched dough to 12”, rub roasted garlic puree directly onto dough, then spread seasoned pizza sauce over the dough.
Deposit chicken and then Mozzarella evenly over pizza and bake per instructions.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with a side of premixed seasoned pizza sauce for dipping.
