Water | 12.0 | 1 ½ Cup |
Jalapenos – diced ¼ inch, IQF | 4.5 | 1 ½ Cup |
Cumin – dried, ground | 0.15 | 3 tsp |
- Cube/dice the Queso Blanco cheese into uniform size pieces.
- In a 1/3 CAMBRO plastic pan add the cubed Queso Blanco cheese with water, jalapenos, and cumin.
- Melt the mixture with 1-minute pulses in the microwave, stir in between each time and continue until the cheese has melted and mixes with the other ingredients. This may take up to 10 times to melt completely.
- Hold for service in warming table.
