Cheddar Bacon Dressing

1. Mix first two ingredients and 17% of the milk together over a double boiler until combined and melted.
2. Cook and crumble bacon and add to cheese mixture.
3. Put in blender and add mayonnaise. Add milk until desired consistency is reached.
4. Season to taste with pepper.
5. Add parsley.
