- Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Slowly add polenta to boiling water, stirring continuously until thickened and cooked—about 15 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cut into shapes to pan fry. Serve warm, or refrigerate overnight on a sheet pan.
