- In a sauce pan, combine Cheddar Cheese, AMPLIFI®, Cream, DSP, and Water. Heat on medium until cheese melts.
- Blend dry ingredients together. Slowly whisk the dry ingredients into the sauce pan—use an immersion blender if necessary.
- Whisk in the Annatto, Natural Flavor, and Chiles.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips.
